Jill is a mission-driven leader who loves working with people, solving problems, and strengthening the infrastructure of values-driven organizations that are committed to having a positive impact in the world. 

She brings decades of experience analyzing and understanding the value of operational efficiency across a variety of organizational models (private sector, nonprofits, Certified B Corps).  She helps growing organizations identify and implement critical structure, compliance, and best practices to create a solid foundation, while equally appreciating the human element that is needed to bring about fundamental organizational change. Through personal connection and communication, Jill excels at relationship building and bringing projects to scale with efficiency and effectiveness while leading diverse and often disconnected teams toward unified goals and objectives.
 
Jill lives in Massachusetts, and when she’s not working, you can find her planting flowers, making cozy comfort food, loving her rescue pets, and spending time with family.
