Co|Lab Tests Innovative Green Building Products

These are some of the innovations currently being tested at Co|Lab, a new building project from HITT Contracting, designed by William McDonough+Partners.

“Our goal for Co|Lab is to be our first outward-facing commitment to innovation,” said Katie Rothenberg, vice president of sustainability and innovation at HITT. She added that the construction sector is way behind other industries on investing in research and development (about 1% compared with an average of 4%).
