New HPD Promises Better Reporting, More Participation

The Health Product Declaration Collaborative (HPDC) today launched version 2.0 of its Health Product Declaration (HPD) Open Standard. The standard sets the rules for disclosing ingredients on an HPD, which is one of the leading tools for building product transparency.

Along with the standard, HPDC released a new format for the HPD itself and is preparing to roll out a new online HPD Builder app manufacturers can use to prepare the forms for publication. (For now, a fillable PDF is available.)
