Angela Battisto

Angela has been an integral part of the BuildingGreen team for fifteen years, serving in a variety of roles.

Her diverse career path has led her from union organizing, to cabinet-making and exhibit production for the Boston Children’s Museum and the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, to teaching woodworking at Massachusetts College of Art. She also completed an immersion year at Boston Architectural College. 

Angela joined BuildingGreen in 2004 to manage what was then the company's GreenSpec Directory of green building products. Her role has since evolved into a combination of IT support, website development, and operations management. Recently, Angela led the website development team in the re-designing, merging, and re-launching of BuildingGreen.com and LEEDuser.com to improve its efficiency and user experience.

Angela lives in Putney, Vermont with her wife and son.
