When the Unitarian Universalist Association moved to a new single headquarter space in Boston, Goody Clancy created several exercises with the staff to understand values, aspirations, and practical needs for the space. Here, staff move blocks around the site plan to identify best fit and relationship. A collage exercise identified collaborative spaces as key, along with spots to recharge.
