The sustainability plan for Sidewalk Toronto’s Quayside development reads like a green urbanism wish list. It would be tempting to write the plan off as a pile of ungrounded aspirations, but the rigor of analysis, planning, and community engagement that’s gone into this plan suggests otherwise. They just might pull it off.
